There are several booking options for the private rentals within the Finca Bellavista community: Short-term / Long-term and through the work exchange program.
To activate either short or long term rentals, please start by selecting the number of nights you require:
Short-term: Any reservation between 2 - 28 nights / set nightly rate / no additional charge for guests over double occupancy (2 - max guests shown)
Long-term: A reservation 28 nights or more / double occupancy only (max 2 guests) / special monthly price activated / tenant style reservation.
Next, please select the number of guests you would like to include into the reservation:
Short-term: Allows for max number of guests shown at no additional charge
Long-term: Special price will not activate if more than 2 guests are selected (unfortunately the max number of guests permitted for a long-term rental is 2 people only)
Once you have selected the number of nights using the method above, you will see them displayed on the calendar below. You can adjust your reservation as necessary via this calendar but only by the number of nights you originally selected. If you need to adjust the number of nights, then please do so as shown in the first method.
Once you are happy with your selection, you can hit 'request' which will then take you to the next page to finalise your booking. Please note that once you have confirmed your booking, you will have 24 hours to make payment (either through the website at the time of booking or via a confirmation email you would of received after making the booking).
Next, you will need to fill out your reservation details (name, contact etc) and will have the option to add additional items, insert a voucher code if you have one and review some additional info.
Once you are happy with your selection, completed all the required info and ticked the relevant boxes, checked the final amount, hit 'request' to have the system hold the dates for 24 hours.
The dates you have selected are now on hold and secured for 24 hours. If payment is not received within the 24 hour window then the system will automatically release the dates. If the time elapses and you still want to book then you will have to restart and make a fresh booking.
After hitting 'request', you will be prompted to make payment and sign a 'liability waiver'.
PLEASE NOTE: You can complete the liability waiver while making the booking or later via the email you received when securing your dates. If you opt to complete the waiver while making the booking, please refresh the page when done to return to the prior screen in order to continue with payment.
As with the liability waiver, you can make payment at the time of making the booking or via the email received once the selected dates were requested.
Please be sure sure to pay within 24 hours to lock in the requested dates. A following up email with directions and confirmation of payment will be sent after payment is received.
Currently Payment is via PayPal only - you do not need a PayPal account to complete payment, you can enter your card details when prompted.
