Firstly, thank you so much for signing up. We are excited to travel this new adventure with all of you, we hope we can provide helpful and meaningful information and hope to learn from you too.
Our goal is to become as sustainable as possible but with a modern twist... Off-grid living doesn't mean we have to cover ourselves in clay and all sing 'Kumbaya' around the firepit (I'm not saying we don't do that from time to time 😃). I personally love my tech and we both love life's little comforts but most importantly, we love living in nature!
We don't want to have to sacrifice our modern comforts yet we still want to find meaningfulness in living sustainably, we want to fuse the two together and have the best of both worlds - a.k.a 'The Fusion Home' (see what I did there).
“Hold the vision, trust the process” -- a simple, yet powerful concept that we have learned to embrace over the past five years, and one that we will continue to use to guide us as we set new goals and dream new dreams.
We are still figuring this all out but I can tell you we have both never been happier, love waking up and working for ourselves and have found passions we never knew would be possible. We would love to share our journey with you and encourage others but as we are new to this, we could use some help getting things started. One of our newest members 'Jon Fletcher' proposed the following via our 'Welcome to the Fusion Home Blog':
This is a great idea for a blog/forum and we have added it to the list - thank you @Jon Fletcher!
We are still a small operation but hope to grow into a real online community primary based around off-grid living. We could use your help with tips and suggestions regarding what you would like to hear about from us. If you have an idea, please share your thoughts below.

UPDATE: 20 March 2020
I just uploaded a post that better explains how to create a new post within the forum. I also introduced @Greta Galubauskaitė who is an official Wix Forum employee and now an awesome member of our community - she has generously offered her help to anyone who may have technical difficulties using 'The Fusion Forum'
